Gearbox or Sensors?

Automatic Gearbox problem. 
Gearbox was serviced 2 months ago and was running fine. 20 mile trip the other day and then  wouldn’t go above 2nd gear.  Revved or raced but wouldn’t engage Attached is what the A A computer said.Any help and advice much appreciated

I'm wondering if the workshop used a transmission fluid other than ATF+4.

Suggest you have the pan dropped to see if there is any metal from a transmission failure.

Our 2010 is doing the same thing, did you get anywhere with yours? Any fix found? We also had the box serviced about 2 months ago. It only happens occasionally but last time it happened my wife was on a so called 'smart' motorway and I'm losing confidence in the car, which is a shame, we do love them.
