Hvac On Grand Voyager 1998

Hi guy I've changed battery and done the recalibration of hvac with the top and bottom button on left and then done the a/con reset with bottom left and bottom right buttons preshed and blower on high and set on cold but I still have aircon and 're circulation light flashing , aircon has been regassed and pump is clicking on and revs drop accordingly but lights won't work correctly untill car has been running 15 mins then lights all work fine then switch car off and were back to the start again, help please as it's driving me mad
