AceAuto Posted August 12, 2021 Report Share Posted August 12, 2021 Hello, I hope you are all well, i am needing some assistance if someone on here can help or point me in the right direction, The company i work for sold a vehicle to a customer a while back, originally the vehicle was imported from Germany so will either be classed as a Stratus or sebring. The customer has moved to France and is having trouble getting the vehicle registered over in France due to the log book as it doesn't state this is a 4 seater vehicle. France have said they will accept a letter confirming it is a 4 seater from Chrysler or any official build / history documents. I Have the VIN number etc, just stuck as to where to get these from as no customer service now in the UK. The customer has turned to us for help, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
