3.3l petrol G-voyager been sat for a few years and won't start. New battery used from working voyager with plenty of CCA. All lights come on, aircon goes through its startup and single indicator flash as per installing a new battery. Turn ignition key and nothing. No tap of starter engaging. a couple of tiny clicks from relays, nothing else.
Also after key 1st position, wasnt able to change gear. Took off steering wheel covers and checked cable connections, now can change gear after 1st position so somthing iffy in the ignition area.
Any ideas other than the starter? Can't (dont want to !) take out the starter as it on a hill on flat tires, no room to get underneath even if it was on jacks. It had some intermitant dashboard electrical wierdness before being put to rest, so hoping its something in the cab rather than the engine bay.
