How Do I Pair My Iphone 5 To Bluetooth?

Hello,

 

Ive just got a new phone and I need to set it up with my Grand Voyager. My old phone was set up for me by the dealer when I bought the car. Typically I cant find the cars handbook anywhere!

Hi mate,

 

First of all turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone. On an Iphone you normally go into settings and then Bluetooth and then flick the switch to on.

 

Then go into your car, turn on the ignition and switch on the radio. 

 

Press the Phone button and you will hear a beep and then a voice says "ready"

 

Then say "set up phone pairing"

 

Then follow the instructions and say "pair a phone".

 

The car will then guide you through the rest of the set up!

How many phones can you 'pair' to the Uconnect system?

Hi,

 

I believe you can pair up to 10 different phones to the system. You can even prioritise certain phones and switch between them using the voice recognition. Of course you can also delete old phones from the system too in order to free up more space.
