Removed the three screws securing the door panel, gently levered of the panel, removing the clip on the door release and the two electric plugs, Removed the weather sheet gaining access to the power window.mechanism, one gentle tap of the motor with a plastic hammer and BINGO jobs a good 'un. 0 legonsuk Posted June 1, 2020 Report Share Posted June 1, 2020 Had to do that about three or four times a year had the motor out regressed it with new grease but it still does it in the winter sometimes so i try to use the windows two or three times a day in the winter. Noticed dozens of tiny black platelets /flakes of carbon flying up vertical. Tried window on way home for the millionth time. Window worked ever since. Take care.
