Heating Problem - 2003 Grand Voyager 2.5 Crd Executive

Hello All,

 

I purchased this car last week, I have to say what an awesome machine for its age and price you get a lot of car for your money.

However I would ask you all it takes ages for the car to warm and also the heater is blowing out Luke warm air any idea what that could be??

temp never goes near half way on gauge

if you got full air con with 3 heat zone heating

try after 2 miles running fans full and turn selecter to just screen or just feet and temp above 70f or if you got set on c then 22c not by the high or low button and turn air con off by the snow flake button try that if not got hot check pollen filter under the glove box

try engine thermastate after that then flush rad and clean out then holes between the tubes

Hi Just had Full major service seems to have done heaters blowing out hot air and you are the gauge is just under half way never exact

Having similar problem. Even when engine temp normal (between 1/4 and 1/3usually ) Aux Cabin heater on unless I put settings down to below 20. The car is still under warranty so need proper operating info so I can go back well armed. At what point should I expect the Aux heater to not come on?
