Sliding Door Issue

Hi

I'm hoping someone will be able to help me. I have an issue with both my sliding doors in that they have stopped working with the electrics and also will not remain fixed open. I can see a plastic bracket which appears to have come off - it's on elastic. But I just can't see how it goes back on.

Would anyone be able to take a photo of the back part of the mechanism when the door is open, so I can see what I should be doing?

I'm a bit confused and don't understand what are you asking for.

 

Does the actuator not opening the latch and do they work electric but not manual?
