Headlight Question -Grand Voyager 2.8 Stow & Go 2005

Greetings. I was wondering if anyone could recommend what type of lamp I could use to upgrade my headlights? I know they are a H7 style, but we are looking for something brighter than a standard 55w lamp.

 

Also, how do I change the front parking lights? It looks like I have to split the headlight unit, but I wanted to check before I try this.

to change bulb

take out 3 screws on top pull whole light out and take cover off and its set beside the main bulbs

 

as to make brighter pass I made mine a lot better by putting washer under the rear screw to higher the beam up

made a lot of difference
