ChrisG Posted February 17, 2015 Report Share Posted February 17, 2015 Does anyone know where I can get my 300c Satnav repaired. The fault message is 'disk reading error'. Sometimes it works if I eject and reload the disk. Happy to pay for a reconditioned unit but don't know who to contact for repair or replacement. I hope someone can help and otherwise I have been delighted with my 300c which I have used daily for work and private use for 3 years. ChrisG Posted February 18, 2015 Author Report Share Posted February 18, 2015 Hi Yes everything else works fine, ie radio, Cd's and I have two satnav disks neither of which work. Very occasionally the Satnav works normally. I am fairly sure there is something wrong with the unit and before buying a new one I thoughtI would see if there is anyway of having it repaired.
