Jetpack
I’m getting water in the engine bay when it rains. Mainly at the sides. I thought the seals were perished, so replaced them, but has made no difference. Where the bonnet support hinges are, I can’t see how water wouldn’t get in. Maybe it’s always done so, but not noticed before? Is this normal? Can’t be good? Any comments or ideas ?
bignev
Hi there! Are the drainage tubes from the wiper scuttle clear of debris? And is the seal on the front of the scuttle that compresses against the bonnet in place?
Jetpack
Yes drainage tubes are clear and I’ve replaced the seals on the scuttle. Unless there are more seals that are missing?
