My 2011 2.8crd died in Feb. The crankshaft sensor wire had been rubbing against the starter cable. The crankshaft sensor had arced and damaged the reluctor ring. Ecu damaged. Replaced reluctor, crankshaft sensor with new and got used ecu. Came up with turbo underboost fault code. Tried changing turbo actuator. Got my ecu cloned. Tried another turbo. Tried lots of sensors. Still has a problem of it starts but is reluctant to rev. Can be coaxed up to 3000rpm but will start chucking raw fuel out. The MAF has an output voltage around 1.5v at idle and rises when revving. This seems high to my mechanic but getting data on GV5 seems impossible using his usual diagnostic routes. Have ordered the dvd repair manual on eBay. Any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated.
