Speedo Query?

At 60 mph my rev counter is just over 2000rpm. I was being followed by my daughter and her speedo was reading 65mph! As her car is a '16 reg Toyota rav 4 so I would say her speedo isprobably more accurate. I'm running 215/65/16 tyres which are allegedly standard on an '06 voyager. Can anyone confirm their revs versus speed.

Try a sat nav you will know for sure.

Sounds close enough, I wouldn't worry about it too much

I haven't got a sat nav but I suppose the old fashioned way of mile posts on a motorway and stop watch. Only worried due when going past speed cameras.

Speed cameras shouldn't be set to the speed limit, there has to be a tolerance, I've heard its 10% to take into account that speedoes aren't that accurate but don't quote me on that I've not seen it in writing anywhere.
