I've Just Bought A 2014 Grand Voyager

I'm brand new to this forum and the car in question. Great car I'm well impressed. It is a RH drive UK registered car but purchased in Spain.

 

It came with two supplementary Owners Manuals that deal only with the radio/sat nav.

 

There are so many other buttons, controls etc that I need an owners manual to find out what everything does. Does anybody know where I can get one from?

 

Two immediate questions, where is the spare wheel and how do you activate the cruise control?

 

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!

 

Spare wheel sits under the console between the driver and passenger seat and is lowered using a tool to be found with the wheel brace in the plastic compartment on the left hand side of the boot as you face it.

 

Cruise control is on the stubby stick on the right hand side of the steering wheel labelled Resume acceleration on the top line, cruise on/off on the middle and set decelerations on the bottom. Click the end button to turn it on or off. Push down to set the speed (31mph or more). Pushing the stick up then increases the set speed by 2 mph and pulling it down lowers it by 1 mph. If you've braked, once you are again above 31mph pushing it up will reset the old speed. Pulling it towards you cancels it as does pushing the end button which also turns off cruise control.

 

At least that's how my 08 works.

Thanks very much Rich. I got the cruise control figured out yesterday, first time I'd driven the car on a suitable road, I can confirm the controls are exactly as you detailed. I'll now go and see about the spare wheel.

I had a look at where the spare wheel is and the equipment for lowering it and changing the wheel. All I can say is I hope I don't need to change the wheel when it is pouring down with rain and freezing cold. My wife suggested I put the spare wheel in the car,just in case. Might be a good idea.
