There are no temperature issues and i've been driving with this issue for a few thousand miles. Relay ? If anyone could shed any light i'd be interested. 0 frogland
Sorry but I think you need to start a new topic. But it's likely to be a fuel issue they're quite common with this vehicle.
0 bignev
Hiya Frogland!Yep got a reasonable idea - try pulling out the Air Con relay and see if it stops, ours does it, even with the AC switched off, not on AUTO setting, it can decide to pull in the compressor and fans. Easier to hear over the engine noise of the petrol! Left out for a day or two it has settled in the past but I often get fed up of it and leave it out! 0 frogland
Do you mean the A C clutch relay, that's in the fuse box ?The previous owner has made some kind of modification in that area here are some pictures :
0 frogland
The AC clutch relay has been removed,an the cable goes through the firewall to a switch inside. I don't use th AC so I haven't bothered with it.
0 bignev
Ha ha yes I did, looks like they had a similar annoyance to me!! So try removing those wires, but you would think the switch being off would do the trick!
