mrtibbs
Hi guys. I have a 56 reg GV that seems to have everything but the front bumper has plastic parts in front of the headlamps that I assume as washers. Can anyone tell me how they work please |(obviously mine don't seem to) as I have tried them with lights on and off with no water coming out?I hope someone can point me at potential problem areas or even tell me if they are actually fitted (how to find out?).Thanks in advance Keith
0 imac2626
I noticed on my mk v that both of the pipes had come off the actual washer units. I was going through 5 litres of screen wash really quickly ? anyhow, I simply jacked up the front of the car slightly and reached up inside the bumper and re attached them. Other than that you could check the fuse. mrtibbs
0 ZombieRodeo
From what I remember, they don’t pop up every time... I think they pop up and spray the lights every 3 or 4 times you spray the windscreen. mrtibbs
