Radio No Sound

Hi. I recently bought RB3 radio with sat nav ( Becker BE6802 ) i plugged it in, type in the code and sound doesn't work. Do the radio sill have to be coded to the car? When I fit my old radio everything is ok. I read about that problem on the other website but no one find a solution

I looked on that post but I'm fitting Chrysler gv radio from other car and unfortunately I don't have blue wire nor relay. I could use other relay and check but what other wire apart blue antenna one I can use?
