2.5 Crd Fan Problem

hello 2001 model voyager I have a 2.5 CRD manual engine recently started to overheat in crowded environments I changed the thermostat I changed the circulation pump and the radiator was not blocked but when I was chatting with friends some radiators told me that the radiator fan was 2 speed faster, it works.

this work should be done or should it be 2 fast?
