0 mikebh8
Is it only on first, when changing second or onwards doe it work if you push it half way down, when overtaking, is it revving like it would be on neutral.Hydraulic either works or not there is no in between, could be the bearing. Hope it helps.
0 bignev
Hi there,Try bleeding the clutch fluid, could have air in it.Assuming otherwise it works fine and not slipping etc as Mike says. My van is the opposite, pressure builds up, and it must have some sort of non return valve built into the system to do this, so the biting point is high. After a bleed through the bite is much lower !?On this it shares the fluid reservoir with the brakes. 0 Bubba66
Hi gents... every gear is the same. Will only engage at low biting point.Regardless of speed.. rev's are normal and there's no clutch slipping.Seems to be worse with 1st gear and there is a slight judder sometimes. No other noises or grinding.fluid level is good but looks dark so will get changed..Bignev with the other post you helped with I've got new key and remote on the way for £50 and have found auto electrician that will code both here in Spain..want to get clutch done before drive back to UK.. bignev

0 bignev
On my (Renault Master) van, absolutely 100% yes Mike. Sorry, I just realised a small number of us refer to the Voyagers as a "van" being minivan of course, but not so many on the UK forum. So Bubba, initially I'd be getting some fluid and bleeding it - very carefully - use a pressure or vacuum kit - cos if you get it wrong like on my Master van the pedal will stick down and it's a git to sort out on your own, took ages :- ) Edited April 10, 2018 by bignev
