Dodge Neon Won't Start -- Suggestions?

Hello,

 

The gf has a 97 Neon that is turning over but not firing. She said it's been stalling a bit recently as well. I think it's likely the fuel pump since I can't hear anything from the tank (but I do live near a noisy road). Any suggestions? Is the pump a fairly easy thing to replace, or do you need a lift? Suggestion? Other things to look at?

 

Please help
