Had New Clutch Fitted Yesterday, Now Car Is Creaking From Under Drivers Side

I have a 2004 Chrysler Grand Voyager CRD Executive 2.5 diesel. We had a new clutch fitted yesterday which has made a fantastic difference, but today we've noticed a creaking noise from the drivers side when going over bumpy road. Wasn't there before! Could something have been disturbed when fitting the clutch?

mine always done that on all 3 i had

If the steel plate has been removed from the alloy subframe, it needs to be torqued up and not murdered up with air tools and check the alloy subframe rear mounts are tight.
