0 vvv Posted December 1, 2014 Report Share Posted December 1, 2014 Sounds like a blend door problem. Could be that the actuator has failed. I haven't had this fault on my Voyager but if it is like a Grand Cherokee, one or both end stops are damaged and the stepper motor cannot calibrate the movement arc of the blend door between fully open and fully closed. 0 vvv Posted December 6, 2014 Report Share Posted December 6, 2014 If you have an ODBII scanner and a monitoring application you could monitor the coolant temperature from start up to normal operating temperature. 0 QinteQ Posted December 8, 2014 Report Share Posted December 8, 2014 - get some lagging from Screwfix 99p a length - cut to fit in the grill - throw away come summer - do the same next year- putting a new stat in is a pigs job - fit an inline stat - 20 minutes - £20 - GATES Part Number TH01489 from rockauto uk- temp should be just under 1/2, any less than that and you will never get heat regardless- quick school runs only and you will never get heat from the big engine lump Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
