2.8 Heaters

I've just recently got a 2005 diesel zone 2.8 it has duel zone climate control if I set it at hi heater always blows hot.... That I notice if I drop it to 76 or 78 it blows out quite cool unless I'm sat in traffic then seems to be warm is this normal could it be a huge stupid flower my wife has put on middle blower maybe a sensor or is it just chrysler as on hi it is hot very warm just when drops to 77 or even 80 it's cool unless in traffic

Probably useless heater box flap design. I have had to drill many heater boxes and adapt over the years.

Nah was much worse than that my wife brought a stupid great big pink flower
