I have a grand voyager 2.5CRD manual 2002 and not long had it, was checking the condition of my air filter when I noticed as I was putting the cover back on that there is a small Tube bit on the right hand side near the main pipe that goes to the turbo/engine. the small tube has a rubber cap that is covering a hole and was wondering why? surely there is a reason and was wondering if best to keep the cap on or off as it doesn't seem to effect the running of the car either way.
