Hi, I have a 1999 Grand Voyager 3.3 and I just had to change the radiator and now my rad fan doesn't seem to come on. I tested the fuse and that's fine, there is 12V getting to the relay and I tested the fan on the battery and that works ok. So it leaves me to believe its the relay at fault which was working fine before the radiator went. I have read online that the fan doesn't turn on until 105C and I had an OBDII scanner in the car reporting no more than 100C. A few articles online say the fan should activate when the A/C is on and another says it doesn't on this year Chrysler as the computer will determine if it needs to. So the fan doesn't come on even with the A/C on and I am getting power to the relay but not the fan. Also before I changed the rad the temperature was 115C so the fan was on alot.

I would be grateful of any suggestions.
