Chrysler 2010 No Heat - Blender Or Temperature Door Actuator?

Hi,

 

So I am thinking maybe BOTH the driver and passenger temperature door actuators are broken? Or the control device that reads the temp I turned the temp dial to and sends that info to the temp actuator? I am not sure of the proper terms here. It seems unlikely they would both be bad.... 
Any thoughts? Help
 
 
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
