0 Furby
I wouldn't let it rattle around for too long. I've got the same issue and the loose cover has started to 'burn' through air intake rubber hose/pipe and electrical wiring. It's even melted a couple of ridges into the top of the engine block! Pretty tough engine cover. Has anyone had any luck tracking down replacement rubber mounts that bigfrank was looking for?
0 Stevom
Sorry, old topic I know, but I have an answer for the question. After a bit of googling, I managed to find replacements for my 2011 Voyager engine cover. Take one of the originals to a Mercedes garage, they are also used on Merc vans as it’s the same engine. I took them to Chrysler in Norwich and they quoted me a new cover.....typical. Walked across the road and problem solved! £11 or so later I had 5 new attachments for my cover, and is now solid.
