Rossocorsa
My phone says it's connected to blue and me but car says no phone is connected! How weird is that? Anyone know a solution, it just started doing this haven't had any recent software updates on phone or car! 0 MikeyRules
Have you tried repairing them both? Delete blue and me from your phone and start the pairing process again.
0 Rossocorsa
Already paired again, might have to try a battery disconnection if that fails might try a blue and me update when I've time. It's weird as the phone is connected! Edited February 4, 2017 by Rossocorsa
0 MikeyRules
Yeah good luck updating the B&M lol. It's a proper pain in the ass and usually requires several attempts. A hard reset sounds like a plausible cure... Let us know how you get on.
0 Rossocorsa
Battery made no difference, deleted all user data on blue and me and unpaired BM on the phone then did pairing again and it seems to work! Fingers crossed. I know what you mean about updates but I've done one before tedious rather than complicated, I'll wait and see if this cure is permanent it might revert in next few days. 0 MikeyRules
I'm sure it'll be fine. They do hiccup occasionally especially if you use more than one phone like me. I assumed you'd already deleted yourself off the B&M system when I said perform a reset, but I guess originally you'd just done it on the phone. 0 Rossocorsa
I've had it go wonky before but not quite as weird as this time, it lost the phone completely so I re-paired and it worked again but only that day! Hopefully it's cured this time fingers crossed
0 Nello
Yes the wife and I both have our phones paired on ours and it does seem to throw a wobbly when either of us are in it. Not the best system............
