colcagli
Hi guys!My name is carlos, im portuguese living in uk, sloughIm 26 years old, and i dont own a chrysler, my car is a toyota corolla t sport one! Im here for bad reasons!A week ago, i hit a mirror with the van, into a chrysler grand voyager 2009!As a normal people i stoped and wait for the owner! After a good conversation he told me he will look around to see if can get the mirror! The glass is all broken, the piece what olds the mirror is a bit broken, and apart from that nothing more special done it, all working fine!So i was lookong arround as him too! And the only place we could find the mirror was on main dealer! They quote for a glass 55 pounds and for the all mirror 192 pounds, thats what i call pricey! Any one of you guys knows where can i get the wing mirror, or if i can get the piece that olds the glass and the glass aswell!? Thanks
ben
You can get a replacement one from eBay - this one for example - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/A97-CHRYSLER-GRAND-VOYAGER-DRIVER-SIDE-RIGHT-SIDE-HEATED-DOOR-MIRROR-GLASS-/141153844556?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model%3AGrand+Voyager&hash=item20dd6cbd4c I'm not sure what you mean by "the bit that holds the mirror" though - you mean on the glass side, or the other side? colcagli
The other side, on the motor that holds the glass! That glass fit on thw grand voyager 2009 one?
ben
Hmm, that eBay ad is a bit strange actually. In the top section where you can check compatibility, the 2009 is listed. But the item description is for a different model. I would ask the seller a question about that, just to confirm. The other part on the motor though, hmm, You can get the motor part from a breakers - someone has one here (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1998-Chrysler-Voyager-Grand-Voyager-Wing-Mirror-Motor-/291173168689?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item43cb45f631) but thats for an older model, so I don't know if it would be compatible. ben
I see another link was posted recently for this place - http://www.chryslerbreakers.co.uk/ If you are still looking for the official part, perhaps they could help you out? For that photo though - I would just bond it back together, there isn't a lot of strain on that bit - and just pick up one of the cheap generic glasses
