Hello from USA! I am trying to convert a 3.3L petrol 2002 dodge grand caravan (voyager in UK) into a 2.8L diesel. So basicly in the UK I am converting a (3.3 voyager into a 2.8L voyager) The vans are the same. I am going to get the engine, automatic transmission ( automatic gearbox), ECU, TCU, and engine loom from the UK. My concerns were
1. the accelerator pedal in the diesel is electric. does it connect directly into the engine loom??
2. will I have to replace the body control module??
3. I am only familiar with the engine loom connections . I am not sure if the engine loom connects to the fuze box, body control module, and inside the vehicle.
Any advise or help with conversion/compatibility will be appreciated. thank you guys so much.
