EllisDee
Hi, 2012 1.6 m-jet Diesel Oil light came on, local garage did an oil change but didn’t reset the service light. I found Service = “0” in the menu but cannot figure out how to reset it. Any suggestions other than a main dealer? Thanks
0 Deltamike
Service reset needs a 'multiecuscan' software connection, so you could go via a Fiat/ Alfa dealer (dealers are pretty hopeless as although these cars are really Lancias there's not much support for RHD 'Chrysler' cars anymore & in my experience they try to dodge them) or decent Fiat/Abarth/Alfa independents can do it, or you can do it yourself if you get your own version https://www.multiecuscan.net/ Edited March 10 by Deltamike
0 ForzaLancia
There is a YouTube video on how to do thus on a 159, also works on the Delta. IIRC 1) turn ignition on do not start 2) push down on accelerator to the floor 3) press brake pedal seven times 4) accelertor on floor for a minute, do not touch brake pedal. 5) turn off ignition for a minute 6) start as normal and it shoukd have gone HTH
