Hi All, It's my first post so if I talk rubbish please forgive me. I have just bought a used 300c touring 3 ltr diesel 2010. It has sat nav and UConnect. I am having trouble getting the nav to hear me. I have had the unit out and the connections appear to be fine and plugged in. I have paired my phone without problem. Through a google search see that the microphone is located in the rear view mirror. I'm not really sure what the make of the sat nav is, but the manual says it is REW. My best guess is MYGIG. I have been to the mygig site which has not helped. So my problem is: When I go into voice training the system does not hear my reply. I have gone into the engineering mode and the option to find the mic is greyed out. Anyone here had the same problem? Or could you point me in the right direction for a solution. Thanks Steve
