  1. Hi I have the same engine. Mine doesn't Have a plastic cover. You mean like a sound insulation cover? Thanks
  2. Is it the same fitting as stow 'n' go. Or so if someone Can provide a link would be interested. Thanks
  3. Hi Wow there you certainly have done a lot of work on your GV. I have a 2007 3.3 petrol, I have a very similar problem to yours. I don't have rough idle but do have body shake when in drive. I seem to think mine may be related to the engine mounts. I think maybe you should be looking at the same because rubber tends to be more softer when hot. Maybe something to try. Let us know how you get on.
  4. That's parts and labour andyb2000. From what I remember just the new belt was about £24 from chrysler
  5. Hi I have just done mine sounds like a completely different engine. I changed the idler, clutch on the alternator and the belt. Idler and belt from chrysler. Clutch from alternator/starter motor specialist here in Leicester. About £120 all in for my trouble. Well worth doing. Mac
  6. Does sound like the regulator. It's an easy fix. On mine took the motor apart wd40 and it started to work again. That was 2 years ago. If you look on YouTube plenty of video's. Hope that helps.
  7. I had exactly the same problem on my 2006 3.3 it turned out to be a wire loose on the starter motor itself.
  8. What model do you have? I have a 3.3 petrol with Aviva paying about the same. But then again the premium is dependent on your age and postcode
  9. Hi All I wonder if anyone can shed any light on my 2006 3.3L Voyager stow&go. The a/c works fine on the front blowers but as mine is dual both front and rear, when the a/c is switched on it only blows cold air from the bottom air vents near the feet in the rear. There used to be cold air coming from the top air vents before. I have tried all the usual settings auto/manual etc. Any help much appreciated. Thanks guys.
  10. Hi I did mine a while. It's a very easy job. No need to drain the radiator. No need for gaskey sealer. Let me know how you get on.
  11. Not a good idea because of the amp system. Please correct me if I am wrong.
  12. Hi I recommend the petrol version. I know it's juicy but you won't have half the problems on the petrol that you will on a diesel (my opinion)
  13. Is it an automatic or manual. At idle it has a safety built in to not over rev in neutral. If it's an auto try kick down.
