Ebay for mine on an 02 a couple of years ago, about £10 if I remember right. Or does it do it at stand still when turning the steering wheel slightly one way to the other, in which case strut top mounts. Got a fully assembled pair from Germany for £240.00 You guessed it, ruddy ebay.

Nope. Mine are taupe in one car LX 02, very light brown in my second LTd 02, and grey in another XS 05. Sorry, Nev

Are The Rear Doors Same Between Voyager And Grand Voyager
bignev replied to j0mpst0rt's question in Voyager 4th Generation (2001-2007)
Hiya newbie, Well done, I'd imagine no one knew for sure which is why we've not jumped in and made irrrelavent guesses. My wild stab in the dark would have been yes, the differnece being the panel behind the door giving the extra length of the Grand version. Go on then, enlighten us please?! Cheers Nev -
Hey gordy, where is this wire that goes to a module / earth please pal?
-
Don't forget it drives fine, so it does know what gear it's in hey fellas. And reading it, not all lights on all the time. Unlike mine! Which has only got 2nd gear forward. And P, N, and reverse.
-
Hiya, as I didn't need it, (but was willing to risk under 8 quid to help and find out, it will be good for a spare case if nothing else!) I haven't spent the money to do it - I wasn't that interested - yet!!

Startech Bottom Bumper Bar
bignev replied to mikes22's question in Voyager 4th Generation (2001-2007)
Hiya Mikes22 I will try to take a photo under mine, I think mine are simply bolted through the bumper. The back ones are for sure. -
Hi Berkswolf, if your 65 plate is correct I'd take it back under warranty mate.
-
In one word - no it doesn't work. Actually thats a few, hey. But still ruddy cheap for a remote and transponder, it does have the membrane in it too. So you would simply need the services and key cutting (not supply) abilitiy of the good old auto locksmith as we started with. Cheers guys!
-
Believe it or not the panic button on my remote with the replacement case from China does work!!!! I must have used the membrane from the new one as a happy strange thing, only discovered it when my girls got the keys and set it off!!!! I'll dig out our spare remote for the battery and have a go for a laugh in the mext day or so.

Using A Usb Stick On The Dvd System
bignev replied to Semmysonic's question in Voyager 4th Generation (2001-2007)
Bugger, never thought of the power thing. -
Well the key / fob / membrane / remote has arrived from China!! But the programming instructions didn't come with it, and the link from QinteQ doesn't show 2004 - 2007, unless the other method for up to 2003 works? Any ideas gents?

Using A Usb Stick On The Dvd System
bignev replied to Semmysonic's question in Voyager 4th Generation (2001-2007)
Yep, easy! Yet again ebay comes up with it. Search for usb to av cable, then also female to female usb adapter. Less than a fiver should sort it. However I have yet to try it, but think I should have a go!! -
Ah, possibly a large technicality, they are for the 3.3 - petrol. However there is definitely some confusion on it, on the American mini van sites they reckon that they will just swap - but as I say it didn't sort mine!!! Also seen a few on there with solenoid changes that didn't sort it, but then some did. And if it's a no charge event then it would seem completely genuine too, fingers crossed for you - let us know! The PCM ecu would have to be reset to tell it to accept your transponder on the keys, but that's not what we're talking about.

The TCM's I have are P04686707AI that a capital i at the end S/N TEFTH293725JZ7 P04686760AD s/n TEVTH0069196BL by any chance do either of these match? They didn't on mine, but after disconnecting the battery to fit them sod all different happened but no fault code. and the bad timing news is we go away for a few days till Friday in the morning

Hi guys, I've had enough of trying to fix it, it drives fine in 2nd gear or reverse. Is anyone interested in it, only 2 owners with a proper service history? It's now sorned as the insurance ran out and I am naffed off. 2 professional mechanics I know couldn't sort it, tried replacement TCM and PCM's. LPG with certificate and "alternative fuel" on logbook, 91,000 miles, 2 owners including me (for 4 years) Silver, cloth seats, manual sliding doors and tailgate. Apart from the ruddy gears, and no speedo, everything works. We are in Stockport, South Manchester. Send me a message!!

Smashing! Good result hey! Flipping electronics on these things really do have a mind of their own.
-
Come on Lewis fill us in!! What was it?
-
I've got bigger problems with my 2002 3.3. Only get limp mode. But ended up as they were not very expensive with 2 spare TCM's. If you would like to borrow one to try you are welcome, if you cover the postage cost, if it works send me some more money, if not send it back! But doesn't sound like an ecu as you say temperature affects it.

ooh not sure on that - I may have read somewhere (could be wrong) that once a key is registered it can't be used on another, no idea how that happens. Oh hang on, just read "key" as you put, so the blade won't work in your locks of course, so it's no use. However - an AUTO locksmith - a good one - should be able to provide and cut the key / transponder anyhow. And help with the non working fobs too I should hope. It's not batteries is it? Only asking! I paid £60 for a new key, which wasn't particularly cheap, and they struggled to cut the key, at our "shop front" guys, supplied and coded in.

Just search "Chrysler 5 button remote fob", just found a few. If you mean the panic button is the 6th one then yes - mine did!! There is one from China at £9.83, inc postage!!! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Key-Fob-Head-Ignition-Keyless-Entry-Remote-6-Buttons-for-M3N5WY72XX-Chrysler-/231697139929?hash=item35f239c8d9:g:f4sAAOSw0HVWAT5L Very long delivery time though!! But it has the key transponder in it too, and a blade that just need cutting. I am that intrigued / impressed I just ordered one. As I have 2 keys it says I should be able to program it in - I will post it on here yay or nay when it arrives and I give it a try.
-
Yep, thats right, and don't be put off by "oh no it can't be done". A decent auto locksmith can and did do it. Once they had the pin number took about 10 minutes tops. And my 2nd hand one works just fine on all functions. My local shop-front auto locksmiths couldn't, they said it was a dealer only part and job. In the same way that a tyre with a screw in the edge of the tread "can't be repaired" YES IT CAN. What they mean is we can't do it, because we don't have the ability to do a heat vulcanise repair. But most won't tell you the full detail and truth.
-
A good auto locksmith (not electricain) can program in a 2nd hand remote, I had one done, got it off ebay, and they should be able to cut a key with transponder and code it to the car as well. They would need the pin number for the car to code in the remote, it's not the radio code. There is a very good mobile guy near Manchester, but you don't say where you are

Only 1 left - hope it doesn't sell!
