  1. Mine has recently started to cut out, but momentarily less than half a second. More like a very brief cough. I’m wondering if this is also a coil issue.?? @@bignev
  2. £54..!!!!! Fifty four blummin quid.(genuine part) I’ve got this job to do on Saturday as it’s leaking water. I know the torque sequence but does anyone know the torque setting for the manifold bolts.? Thanks.
  3. I had this on my 2003 3.3 the problem was the wiring loom for the injectors that had melted on the corner of the rear cylinder head, it was a right mess. You could simulate the problem by pulling on the loom with the engine running. I ended up cutting the loom open and recovering each individual wire.
  4. I’ve ordered a new core plug from Chrysler at the huge cost of 85pence but they only do them in packs of 12, and why do all Chrysler parts come from Italy.??
  5. I’m in the Lincolnshire flat lands. This is my second GV and has been the worst one, it seems to consume suspension parts, I’ve done wishbones twice drop links twice and just done the rollbar bushes. Also has gear change issues but I think I’ve got a broken/sloppy rear mount that’s causing that. Just these leaks to sort.if I knew what size the core plug hole was I could tap it out and fit a threaded plug.
  6. How did you get on with this job. im doing mine soon so just wondering. Ive previously had all the inlet chamber off for a wiring loom repair so im no expecting to take off the windscreen panel.
  7. Hi all my 2003 3.3 has more leaks than a welsh show. The main leak for today is the cylinder head core plug. its the front bank next to the alternator, Although it looks easy to get to, finding a replacement seems impossible. has anyone changed these.?? where did you get them and what size is it.? Thanks Also valley gasket/rocker covers/thermostat/radiator......all flippin leaking.
  8. i posted this a few years ago on another forum of my 3.3 voyager wiring loom. This loom melted on the right hand side corner of the the rear cylinder head. If your suffering from a missfire or loss of power its well worth checking this. I actually repair this loom and years on its still working. I hope this helps someone out.
  9. Today my fuel pump on the 3.3 stopped working, i bashed the tank and it started again. Is the fuel pump a common fault on these.??
