  1. Last month I bought four remote headphones for the rear audio/video system (infra-red) in my 2006 Grand Voyager. Then i wrote the car off in an accident. These earphones are redundant and if anyone has a Voyager with the system installed and needs headphones, they can have them for the cost of postage. Email me at [email protected]. David Ryder
  2. Perhaps your customer could find a Chrysler dealer in France.
  3. I don't know if you can lock/unlock using the key but you can turn the alarm off if you are quick to put the key into the ignition.

    Hi

When my key fob stopped working, I took the ignition to battery fuse out for a few seconds, put it back in and the fob worked again. it seemed to partly fix the reversing sensors also. That might work for you.
  5. Found this tip on Honest John and it worked for me. Make sure the fob battery is ok. Remove the IOD fuse between the battery and the ignition, marked. IGN -BAT in the fuse box under the bonnet. Replace it after ten seconds. Put the key in the ignition without turning it. Some dash lights may flash or they may not. That’s it. Try the fob.

  7. Your car is definitely approaching the age when it will need a new cam belt. If the cam belt fails, you will need a new engine, so replacing it now could be seen as a sound investment.
  8. David Ryder, New member from Milnthorpe, Cumbria. I have had a 2006 Grand Voyager for just over a year, only 60,000 miles and in very good condition. Central locking module just stopped responding to the key fob. Replaced the fob batteries. Works occasionally. If I replace the module, can I program it to my keys? Also, the reversing sensors only work now and again. Any ideas?
