  1. I did like the roof window switches on the 75, looked like you were giving the driver behind the middle finger
  2. You cannot get the parcel shelf out without folding the seats The space in front of the gear stick is just that bit too too small for a smart phone Your glasses cannot fit in the cup holder area The drivers window switches are too far forward so I still end up lowering the rear one The front seat belts stalks are too short and don't stick up far enough to find easily They have left the handbrake on the left side so the other half's coat or handbag drapes over it Though not quite in the league of my brothers old Fiat 128 3P coupe, when the driver seat was tilted forward, the hear rest hit the centre of the steering when and therefore the horn!
  3. Up to now my bella has been very reliable, however bad things come in threes 1) cannot get the sump plug off as some grease monkey thought he was putting on a wheel bolt, will have to be drilled out, even a chisel wont shift it 2) water leak, from the thermstat housing pie I think, where the securing bracket is moulded onto the main pipe, looks like it may be fractured 3) leak from the washer bottle all because cleaned my Alfa spider and not her.
  4. £1500 https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/202001085935354?onesearchad=Used&onesearchad=Nearly%20New&onesearchad=New&postcode=b440ln&sort=price-asc&radius=1500&make=CHRYSLER&advertising-location=at_cars&model=DELTA&page=1
  5. looks like it...... autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/202001166223973?postcode=b440ln&advertising-location=at_cars&sort=price-asc&radius=1500&make=CHRYSLER&model=DELTA&onesearchad=Used&onesearchad=Nearly%20New&onesearchad=New&page=1
  6. I think it is easier to wiggle to bumper down by undoing the (four IIRC) bolts on the slam panel and the three underneath, then access the retaining bolts for the headlight and remove the light unit. Sounds like more work but better in the long run. Just replace them all (maybe not full beam) in one go and they will not have to be done again for years, unless you fit Chinese bulbs then it will be in two weeks. HTH
  7. 622315809 what price have you been quoted? I got £124 for an LUK from my local motor factor in Brum https://www.carsparesltd.com/chrysler-delta-1.4-petrol-2012/catalogue/clutch-friction-cl-clutch-parts-flywheels-clpt-cl
  8. Only the middle bit is different as the Delta is longer.
  9. Sorted. Indeed it was press and hold the mute button, but the one on the unit rather than the one on the steering wheel. Having a youngster on the passenger seat while I was driving helped! Cheers for the heads up.
  10. somehow I have managed to mute the satnav and have no idea how to get it back on, I have found where to adjust the volume but it nust be muted elsewhere, I do not have a full manual for it either. Any idea chaps?

    Springs

they are H&R on mine so a decent make, but no, too harsh.

    Springs

don't do it, I have lowered springs on 18in rims and the ride is too harsh, going to KYB after Xmas
  13. that's all I did with mine, although it was the one that come with the car but was removed (along with second key etc) when I bought it. Do some SD cards have a locking tab on the side? Just a thought.
  14. I have P7s on mine, all good do far, decent price BTW.
  15. I have had a bit (well, alot) of difficulty find the correct dampers for my 2.0, these guys on Italian ebay were excellent https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/dcrricambiauto based in Catania in Sicily, but the parts were here in 72 hours, only one day longer than being supplied the wrong ones in the UK, and there were cheaper. Currently two rear dampers are half the price one on UK damper on ebay so they are very good on price too. Communication was excellent (through google translate!) Grazie mille!
  16. Although I feel I ought not knock someone else's efforts, it claims to put everything in one place, then says 'I saw this on an Alfa site'!
  17. I guess it is possible but do not know for certain. The tyre side wall would increase by 22mm and therefore the ride height too, which would offset any lowered springs but raise up a standard car.The speedo would be out by 3%, you would be going faster than indicated. Also some insurance companies do not like tyres that are not specified in the handbook, at least here in the UK. So it is a possibility but not clear cut. Hope this helps.
  18. The Hard Black edition wheel is very similar
  19. the wheels are the 18 inch option that were fitted to some cars, not aftermarket, there are the same as on my car only mine are silver. I do not know if anthracite was an option or not. These 18in explains why the ride is so hard though.
  20. I have the double whammy of 18in wheels and lowered springs, so I feel your pain. I went from Avons up front and Chinese cheapies at the back to Pirelli P7 Cint all round and just that swap make the ride much better. And the Pirellis aren't supposed to be too good for comfort looking at reviews! In hindsight I perhaps should have gone up a tyre size to get a bit more depth to the sidewall, the car is a little low, and those extra few mm would help the ride.
  21. I have the satnav combination, so a disaster if it locks out!
  22. this is not the original battery either, but they may have had the card back then, or one of those plug in code savers that has minimal voltage but enough to retain the code info. may have to buy one......
