No twin turbos in the UK, just the 1.6 and 2.0 JTD. That engibe found its way into the Saab 9-3 though, although a mate had one and it was a PITA, had some fault that no one could fix properly..... Overly complex.

I had this once but sorted itself out after a couple of days, fingers crossed for you

the cambelt has to come off when doing the water pump, has the belt been changed, and if so, had the pump been changed? Looking at the pics of the pump on ebay the impellers look like they are metal and it was the plastic ones that were a problem as they became brittle over time and the impeller spun on the shaft instead of driving the water round the system, therefore overheating. I guess it could happen with a metal one.

I take it the new stat had a new temp sender in it too....

Hi welcome BOSE is rare, standard system is a bit rubbish on its own, BOSE is much more premium. My CD is similarly fussy regarding illegible CDs, but three things help 1 Play older CDs, new MP3 type ones do not seem to play, even when new 2 Play unscratched CDs, ones that have been in the glove box for months do not play 3 Play CDs one the temperature in the cabin has risen, doesn't like the cold for some reason. Easy in summer, in winter by the time is heated up you are at work..... HTH

The back box for a Bravo is exactly the same, only difference can be for the twin pipe 2.0 models, but again a 2.0 Bravo works. HTH
