Ryan, I've just fitted one especially made for the Delta that I got off a specialist in Italy! Single din rear with a double din front that also incorporates the 4 buttons across the bottom. It's called Navplus and is available in either piano black or silver and is compatible with the steering wheel controls and the Blue & Me system too. Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkVsMRlExUc In short its a full android device with a 7'' touchscreen with CD/DVD, Radio, Internet Radio, Sat Nav, DVB Freeview TV, USB, Rear Camera connection etc. You can tether off your phone to get internet access, and link Google accounts so that all your apps are available on screen. I'll post some pic's of mine installed when I get chance... I only finished it today as the weather has been a b*tch with gale force winds.

Cheers Rosso you were spot on fella! Once the middle was out it gave me access to the 8 screws holding the surround in, and the other 8 or so screws holding a bracket and the climate control... Job done!
-
So airbag fitted... Had quite a few faults come up on the central display plus a locked tailgate that wouldn't open either through the fob or directly. All the faults cleared though after several minutes and a restart. Piano black climate control also done: I've just got to do the Sat Nav now to match, although the thought of running the reverse camera is putting me off atm. I do have an issue though that I couldn't resolve either by the 10 starts of the ignition or through connecting my diagnostics... I have the dreaded 'flashing mileage' constantly blinking away on the central display! Any ideas chaps on how to reset this, as I can't remember for the life of me whether it's only Fiat Examiner that will clear it?

Thread etiquette chaps.... please start a new thread for part requests!

So Neil where are these pic's you keep promising then?

Yeah there's two screw top and two bottom. The gear surround also surrounds the top of the ac unit, so I'm hoping by removing it, it exposes both sets! The actual unit itself just has 3 multi-plug connectors on the back, so just plug and play... So am I lifting the gear surround from inside nearest the cup holders and then pulling towards the rear seats?
-
Cheers fella, I'll give it a go! I want to fit the piano black air-con unit...
-
Rosso how does the gear stick surround come off? I've had a quick look and it seems really tight with no obvious clips to pull apart?
-
Hahah chicken! Happy New year guys...Yep up for a meet!

It's Italian so bound to be difficult lol! So have you done your airbag yet, or are you waiting for me to blow my head off first ha-ha?

Yeah I always fill each time to the brim, just haven't done a brim test properly yet. It only cost me £57 to fill up on Sunday which compared to the Discovery is amazing! I'm surprised you say the read out is pessimistic though, as usually they over egg if anything so that's novel! I did pull out the filter completely but it still was a pain in the ass to get the fluid in. Interestingly the rear wash was the first to stop working, so the feed for the rear must be higher up in the bottle? I thought it had frozen at first given overnight temps where we were staying hitting lows of -7c! I'll raise the seat a little as you say and see if it improves any... Airbag, rear badge and Sat Nav/Air-con unit to fit this week!

Well after an 700 mile trip to and around Pembrokeshire this last few days I've observed a couple of niggles... One of my rear callipers is sticking slightly and causing constant brake squeal without touching the brake pedal which is mildly annoying to say the least, so will have to check it out. Mixed MPG seems to be around the 48mpg on the read out, but haven't brim tested so am not sure how far out the readout is with reality... This is a little less than I expected... but I have hoofed it past a few idiots today so maybe my impatience with golf and Hyundai muppets! I seem to be getting mild back ache on long journeys so think the seats could be improved especially as Alfa seats are far superior and I've never had this problem before! Whoever designed the washer bottle neck wants shooting! I ran out of washer fluid today and stopped at a filling station in Ceredigion to replenish and wasted nearly a litre trying to top it up! No matter how slowly you pour, bubbles form and cause the fluid to overflow! Grrr! The power socket seems very short in length and I ended up taping two match sticks to the side of my Nav power lead to keep the bloody thing in! Why why why!

These days the spare/tool kit is a £75 - £100 tick box option on a new car order form... Most people complain how bad it is that it's not included but still don't tick the box....
-
Have you replaced your airbag yet Rosso?
-
You can't argue with £80 a corner Neil... Sounds about on the money really! I have a local tyre dealer that will beat Tyre Leader / Black circle / My Tyres etc, so when the time comes will give him a shout. I've been keeping an eye out for a proper spare wheel/tyre and the tool kit... flippin hate the idea of tyre weld!

Welcome to the converts club Paskey! I'm sure you'll fit in well fella! Have a read through the thread on here from Nello/Rosso or myself and you'll see where we're sourcing the parts from etc... (mostly eBay.Italia) Post up any questions and we'll help where we can!

Yeah I've seen stuart's car on the Lancia forum... There was also a lhd Lancia Delta for sale on Auto Trader before xmas so does that make 5!? I've driven a Zonda S at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground a couple of years back and it was a work of art and quite scary to drive too! It wasn't a patch on the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale... that had me at hello!
-
Looks fabulous Rosso! The flow of the bonnet has been restored (along with your street cred ha-ha) I've still to fit my rear badge, and my airbag has finally arrived whoop!
-
No unfortunately, although I've not looked for a week or two. I did look at Italian breakers at the time but no joy...or fleabay for that matter! I did wonder whether it would be worth getting them re-trimmed? This will make you laugh... My next door neighbour knows the leather trimmer from the Bentley factory in Crewe and apparently he does foreigners! (and I don't mean he has a passion for over seas ladies either )

Yep for 17''s

You could always tiger seal the old grill back on as where the tabs have broken off as it leaves a flat circle about the size of a one pence piece, and then as it's bolted at the top you should be fine
-
Yeah I'm not sure I'll bother as the steering wheel, dash clocks surround etc. are all silver anyway. I'll pass judgement when it's all fitted and see if it looks ok as-is
-
Three words.... Brute force + ignorance! I had seen that Neil had removed the whole bumper and couldn't be ar*ed with that so once the top bolts were removed and I'd had a look at how flimsy the tabs with the metal clips were I started to pull the grill away just on one side at first and watched the tabs snap. TBH it was fairly easy without damaging the bumper. The only thing you've got to watch out for is where the metal clips pink off too. Most landed on the under tray, so make sure you retrieve them all. I didn't try to re-use them although I do still have them all. I just used small blobs of tiger seal, and the new grill clips in the bottom anyway and bolts at the top so I figured it wasn't going anywhere.

They were £35 all in fella, which I thought was pretty reasonable as the caps worked out at about £7.50 each. (circa a fiver for shipping)
-
I know they do... but thanks for the confirmation http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/COPPA-RUOTA-COPPETTA-COPRIMOZZO-LANCIA-Y-DELTA-MUSA-2011-hub-caps-logo-new-LEGA-/261700838423? Oh nearly forgot... Saw this and thought why not... at least it will match my Sat Nav!
