    Delta Tyres

I thought you'd done your airbag for some reason already?
  2. Hi Vincey and chiao from Italy! Yes the DTUK boxes are great and usually put out more than the website suggests. I have personally known Andrew the owner since they started and have had many boxes over the years. The latest digital ones are great and have 3 maps to choose from at the touch of a button. I haven't had this on a dyno yet so don't know for sure the output or torque curve. From a driving perspective the car is more responsive and certainly drives more like the 1.9. Personally I think the map is too generic for this application as the engine is used in many cars from Vauxhall Corsa to Alfa Mito etc etc, so could be improved if you say compare to a remap done on a live car.
  3. Right Mitcar it is then... I'll put it in the diary and will make sure nothing else gets booked in!
  4. Yeah I've used Tayna before... she was good lol! Joking aside did you go for a larger amperage battery Mike?
  5. Stuart there's usually some Bravo wheels on fleabay or I have seen plenty of Delta wheels on Italian eBay where most either include UK postage or will if you ask them. I've found some black limited 18's and also some of the SR type before now.
  6. Hi David and welcome to the exclusive Delta club! I'm with Rosso in that I wouldn't consider this an issue yet, and would only go to the trouble if I was keeping the car for the long term. Modern FCA cars are double dipped so in theory won't rot from the inside out like they used too, so it's only where road grime and salt attach the exposed bits... Instead if you haven't already spend the money putting your beautiful car back to being Lancia!
  7. Hi Vincey and welcome to the forum fella! I run a DTUK tuning box on my 1.6 with 3 different maps available plus you can plus or minus each map up to 30%.I haven't bothered with EGR blanking or DPF removal as now the MOT rules have changed they check on diagnostics that the EGR is still functioning and shows varying parameters when the throttle is open. They will also do a visual inspection for the DPF too. There is software out there that will fake a working EGR even when removed, plus you can have the DPF cut out of the outer skin and welded back up so it's still visibly present, but in reality it's a lot of hassle for very little extra gain.
  8. Yes can't wait if I'm honest! It's been long overdue... So where was that lovely picture taken that you posted on fb the other day?
  9. I now fly out to Tuscany the day before, so unfortunately can't make it! :-( We really struggled to get flights and room availability at our friends vineyard to match up and this was the only time... note to self: Must get to at least one event this summer!!!
  10. Well have a great time fella, and share some pic's if you get chance! Quite jealous really as I'm missing most shows this year one way or another... Will have to make more of a concerted effort!!
  11. Rear lights at £122 each!!
  12. He seems to be listing more and more individual parts almost on a daily basis, and is it me but he seems really expensive too! I don't think he realises just how small the market is!?
  13. Going to have to give this one a miss unfortunately fella. My trip to Lincolnshire (Spalding) was the bank holiday weekend just gone... and we now have family descending this weekend! Oh deep joy shoot me now!
  14. Has anyone had a reply off the guy yet on eBay? I messaged him about the wheels and haven't had a response yet...
  15. Yeah will do... Just need it to stop bloody raining! ...and I might have been slightly distracted with my other Italian acquisition that I'm already modifying eek!
  16. I've already emailed them for a price for one of the wheels lol... Need a spare as can't be doing with that silly tyre weld nonsense!
  17. Nice one Stuart! Nice feeling when you can just enjoy it!
  18. Ouch that's had a nasty wallop! Plenty of spares though... every cloud and all that lol
  19. We never found it Stuart.... 274bhp and 427lbtf... was the optimum after that it became un-drivable!
  20. Yep as above... When I was seeking 300bhp/500nm out of my Spider we had to re-shuffle the deck so to speak to get the intercooler to sit at the front... was a right PITA as all they are all stacked together!
  21. The Marelli one surely will be as good if not better than OEM I would have thought...
  22. Jamie Porter's Alfa Workshop is a fantastic place for parts, guides and helpful info! I've been using them for years...
  23. Well they're on... Pictures to follow!
  24. Well my little window stickers have arrived, so once I've washed the car I'll stick them on and post a pic...
