I know this a old post but the top mounts have to be put on certain way there is a square cut in rubber top Mount it as to line up with the middle part of the strut were the bolts go in. It well put the camber well out hope it helps some one.

It.s me again well done all new front and back shockers drop links and new top mounts old springs had all set up camber and tracking bottom arms are all ok but when going over bumps I get a knocking noise do you think it is the roll bar bushes as they do seen tight your experience would be grateful thanks. Hi Jon thanks for what it sounds better then 130 in-ibs 135 nm is about 100 in-ibs I will set then up at 100 in-ibs nice one mate have a pint on me. Bumble

HI Again to all can anyone till me the torque setting for the aluminium wheel nuts on my 2.8 crd was told by a fitter it was 130 in-ibs seems to high might be for steel ones can you help thanks. Bumble

Yes the water pump I did not do as I think it may have done previously as it had been off before by looking at the nuts and bolts and forgot to mention is the engine manual I got is the maxus LDV 2.5 crd engine one it is absolutely worth getting top details and pictures.

Hi everybody found two nipples today and l'm not talking about my wife. That are on the bottom of the suspension lower arms something of a rare thing there days well got the shockers done today done all the belts and to the cam one done don't know why the price of £350 + parts was quoted it took me four hours but I would not like to do the water pump wasn't leaking so left alone lets hope it doesn't play up and it go's on.. Some times taking the battery terminal off can put this right it's worth a try it worked on a Nissan Micra with abs.

Hi If running a Big petrol it might be I think the diesel version l've got is not going to be much more because of the size and weight of the vehicle auto gearbox doesn't help some of the others on the forum might be able to confirm. Bumble -

Hi To all again trying to find some back history on my CGY 2.8 crd it came from Paragon in 2007 September reg is KN57WRE got a full stamped service book but paper work as been lost if anybody as any information on my old girl It would be much appreciated have since found out it was on personal plates for some time before 2016 and bought from 150cars Leicester in 10-7-16 thanks. Hi Yes heve a look today see if it comes of like yours and yes I did the gearbox oil and filter the new pump was no help with the taking out the oil from the dipstick couldn't get a good amount of oil so did the usual way got oil on me again all ways do it but putting the oil in with the pump worked well taking head lights out today for a polish up and it goes on thanks you the info. Had a idea with the suction pipe that goes in the sump got some small bore aluminium tube that might help with the oil suction as it's straight. Cut a angled corner at bottom as I think the plastic tube is curling up in the sump will let you know if it is the case anything to make life easy. -
If you go on youtube and put in c g voyager radiator you will see the rad coming out its Andy doing the job no doubt he might help you here.

Hi To all how do you adjust the power steeling belt got a new one to put on is it like a alternator slider not done one on a voyager 2.8 crd would appreciate some info on it first. My new baby is doing well all new sensors filters oil new Driss and pads new tyres full unseal job done no rust good clean chassis. Gearbox to day oil and filter and my sucking pump will stop me getting oil all over me I hope by the way its done 134500 miles and the engine is as sweet as nut so far thanks for all the help so far. -
Found one of those Russians doing the same job on youtube check it out the rads were full of road dirt hope it helps you a bit more on your problem.
