I got it back again sensor no good don't buy the Chinese copies rubbish I ordered 2 from USA parts not cheap but originals £48 each ouch yours sounds like you may have a different system to mine some one on here may have the same setup as you sorry can't be more help.

Hi The usual place flea bay £26 for four take about four weeks to come if yours are coming on when driving it could be a dodgy switch as it should not be coming on when driving hope it helps. Jeff

Hi Just had the same problem on mine it was the right side found the sensor was faulty got a new one put it in easy job just undo the screws underneath the bumper if it is not the other one you may have the take the bumper off hope it helps.

I have got a 2007 2 .8 crd and what one will fit mine just send your vin number and reg number and they will tell you. Jeff

I just put in a 10w40 good semi synthetic and change it every 3000 miles keeps the carbon deposits low in a 2.8 crd 2007.

The fuel pump is number one in the picture that feeds the Primer pump show it to your mechanics they will know what to do. Jeff

I have got one I will have. a look and see for you and let you know had a look no pump on it came of one with a filter on the front of the engine just look on eBay it is the same as mine it's a sender only and pick up and return the fuel pump is the one that feeds the injectors as well I just remembered there is a sensor on it just Under the alternator then they go there is no fuel it's called a fuel pressure regulator suction control valve the relay works this valve if you look at the picture on eBay on the injector pump it's on the left side with 3 screws holding it.

Hi Kevin if you got a filter underneath the back of the vehicle it may be the o ring on the filter leaking letting air in if you go on youtube you will find Andys filter change might help. Well need some codes for the gearbox turn the key off and on 3 times it will show codes .

One other is the fuel filter on mine it was lose it's worth to see if it is tight.

Just had the same trouble when the engine is hot the oil light would come on. It turned out to be one of to things I put on a good top quality oil filter and a new oil sensor and It's been all good since so I think it going to be buy the best and you should be ok all so put in some of that ZX1 Lub and it goes and lot better so it seems to work well.

On youtube a guy got one from a breakers yard and put it on and it worked it is sill on here try it on I just had a look ti's under Chyrsler minivan good luck.

Thanks I now know it's for the engine I thought it was some sort of night heater I had one in my HGV. It comes on when you put on the heater to full I will leave it alone thanks again Qinteq much appreciated. Jeff

Hi can I turn off the Diesel cabin heater manually as I do not need it in the south of England just use the normal heater thanks for any help on my 20007 CGV 2.8 crd

How to disconnect the valve for no cost and it works disconnect the vacuum pipe that is fitted to the side of the valve on mine the pipe goes to the top of the engine block connector disconnect it there and cap it so no vac lost the little bit of exhaust will fool the sensors. No engine light will come on it runs a lot better and oil stays cleaner and will pass a mot and good if your valve goes faulty on a CGY 2007 2.8 Cdr the one on front of Engine going to try a power box and KN filter to see if they work will let you know if they work.

I should of said under the passenger seat it's a bit tight for the drivers seat all the heated cables and movement stuff I used the front part of the seat drew to front it put a seal on to stop vibration my wife said it is quite pleasant i don'n know why ??

Hi You can buy a pac-c2r-chy4 it will make the amp come on a 2005 to 2007 CGV its got to be worth a try you can buy from feebay or amazon hope it helps.
