Hi If it is not to bad I use a head sealer it was in a blue bottle I thing it was called kay or kar something like that it,s on ebay it worked so definitely give a try first my friends car is sill going strong and that was a year ago and works with antifreeze make sure you take some water out first before puting it in. It will be a lot better then doing a head job it can take time to do it,s thing. Jeff it,s called k- seal put in two bottles it will not affect the heater. -

Hi Go on youtube the engine in a jeep 2.8 crd liberty is the same as a voyager there was a lot on doing head gaskets should be of help. Jeff -
It,s a good chance that it is the fan relay located between the rad and grill it looks like a square box with round spots on it they do go and the fan we not come on.

Hi When I done my struts the springs and top mounts had to go on a certain way if wrong will course noise problems and alignment issues wheel bearings can sound like that the outher thing is the driveshafts it,s hard with out hearing it look back on forum for front struts my help you sort it out. Hi If you go on youtube and put in how to remove a third engine cushion and watch it you will know how to do it he is russian and does a lot on voyagers and he takes a gearbox as well should do the trick it's better to watch name of mechanic is autoshaman and put in removing the gearbox Chrysler dodge he is working on a voyager hope it helps you no your way. You need to get the codes read in the computer is it a diesel or petrol I bet it's a petrol.

I think the headlights on the USA ones are different may require two new headlights town and country should fit.

Yes but not aftermarket when I enquired they said not doing slow n go I suspect the genuine ones are a arm and leg in cost if sill available thanks for the info will be looking in to it further.

I Think there is one in the fuse box in the front part of the box that works all the locks ect. The interior lights is on a different line hope it helps it's called a IOD fuse Jeff -

I got a feeling it's on the front rail one of the big back ones by the battery what year and model petrol or diesel try and get a wiring diagram from a friend for you but one of the members might know more. Jeff -
Hi Yes looking in to now thank you I think the E code comes in to it as QinteQ as said so puting standard bulbs back to be on safe side thanks to all.

Hi penguin yes I thought that took it to a Mot garage for a alignment check and they said the alignment was the same as the original and would pass it on Mot but not with Hid bulbs so leaving them in for now but will check further in case of new law thanks will let you all know soon.

Hi I i'll found some led head light bulbs that work in the voyager at a reasonable cost they are Q1 H7 and H9 cost £12 and cheaper and will not blind other road users and mot friendly have fitted two sets so far with good results you can buy on ebay now.Jeff

Ok it turned out to be the panhard rod bushers and the rod was loose at the floor mounting so just check the bolts on the panhard rod now and again.

Hi If you need a 2,5 engine service what tells you all buy a LDV maxus service work book it tells you every think you want to know The maxus is the same engine as the vorager 2.5 crd it's on Ebay worth every penny one word of warning only buy genuine seals as some are a bad fit on the cheaper sets the one in the picture looks to be right by my book it is a three piece set and make sure you oil the seals when fitting the book will tell you all you need to know engine stays in car give the seller the vin number for the right parts.Jeff -
Yes you are right on it tomtom I got the whole fuse relay box complete for £30 on ebay lots of spares. Jeff

Those who don't know how to do this just pull it down and there are two wireing connections it's a easy job.

It sounds like a seal leaking if it is a manual transmission the crank seal is at fault. The auto seal on torque converter to box could be the problem but normally it's the crank seal but you can tell if it is the auto box the oil is reddish colour if black it's engine. Put some cardboard under gearbox engine to see just make sure it's not the sump gasket leaking as it can be deceiving. -

Hi Terry i got a hand book on ebay the spare is under the floor where the middle console is between the seats is if you lift the lower cover off you will find the lowering nut to lower it that is on a 2007 2.8 cdr welcome to the forum. Jeff -

Hi I put in my box Lucas stop silp in and made a lot difference you can put in two bottles on a 2.8crd just make sure you put it in very hot water as very thick don't over full the gearbox . Jeff
