  1. Simply refinish your silver one, they will be the same moulding just painted
  2. on diesels 21000 or every two years but oil changes can be earlier depending on use, oil degradation counter will trigger oil change light as and when it needs changing if its before the service (depends on use if used exclusively on short runs oil must be changed more frequently). there are no recommended intermittent services only the 21k/2year plus oil changes as required. Mine has gone the full 21k since the last service which I had done by the dealer when I bought the car at 10k.
  3. Got a quote for the 4 year service from local dealer and nearly fell on the floor, pushing on towards 500! I've bought genuine parts from shop4parts and my local independent is doing it instead
  4. possibly there is a certain amount of slack built into the hinge mechanism it might be designed to move slightly as it lifts up and by adding the springs there is a constant upward pressure even when shut. does anyone understand what the rubber pieces are for that he advertises separately? Web translation didn't seem to make sense to me
  5. Never heard of it but if it's Chinese without European QC and design input I'd have my doubts
  6. 910 registered less any written off
  7. If you add all new reg for delta it will give the full total those tax/sorn doesn't include cars on forecourts Unlikely that fiat have any still on fleet, I think that limited will have had at least one subsequent owner
  8. No afaik all limited had electric heated seats, I see that it has Horsham car centre rear plate which is where I bought mine so it's probably an ex fiat company car. It's exactly the same as mine and is good value, I do think the dark colour looks better than white myself as do the 18inch wheels. I'm glad I bought a limited because the spec is just right, the leather dash really makes a difference to the interior ambience
  9. Standard fitting but I think it's just a trim
  10. My less than half way finished project, I've run out of inspiration now.
  11. Fact is you are still underneath it all alfista not lancista ;-)
  12. Well I don't dislike horse shoes but they are very Alfa Romeo, the delta 18s were design for it and include the lancia shield motif, watch a delta fitted with them drive past you they look great very dynamic when turning. As with all things delta3 they look better in real life than in pics
  13. I never feel they are quite right on a lancia, don't feel you can beat the 18 inch sport option for the delta 3 Excuse the chrysler centre caps these illegal immigrants have since been replaced
  14. Don't forget larger wheels will give a more jittery ride and 18s have marginal wheel arch space except on cars that were fitted with them from new. Be careful to check the offset also pcd as some Fiats have GM based chassis :-( but there are loads of wheels that should fit around
  15. Wouldn't bother if I was you because the front cover has a deliberate weak spot in the centre where it is designed to split if the airbag deploys, if you have to lever at it with any force it might split the airbag cover
  16. I think it might be in the car menus but I have the factory navigation not sure how it works on a car for without. Have you tried increasing the volume on the steering wheel whilst she is nagging at you?
  17. Rover 75 people have done this in the past, I don't know if it's a good idea or not really
  18. They'd probably look OKish on a dark colour but I'm well know for not being too keen on white deltas. It's cheap for a limited though, they have a really nice spec including just enough power so good for someone
  19. I'll have another go when I'm not in such a rush!
  20. Should be I have a 2 litre so can't check myself but there is no reason for it to differ

  23. Tried to have a go at the airbag today left car off for 15 minutes disconnected the battery left whilst I washed it for the first time since Xmas then tried to waggle a screwdriver in one side without success. As I was under pressure with other things I gave up as I couldn't feel the sprung bar and didn't have much time. Not a good thing to do in a hurry. Really difficult to judge where to poke the screwdriver tbh even given the markers on the cover the angle is anyone's guess
  24. Pretty much the same mechanical bits the delta is simply a bravo on an extended wheelbase
