Disaster after a gargantuan struggle managed to get the airbag to release only to find that the one I have doesn't fit :-( it's absolutely identical and same manufacturer except the terminals for the centre aren't the same so back to the drawing board not sure I'll change it now as can't risk another wrong part turning up its just money poured straight down the drain

About £8 per litre

Not being too serious and tbh not sure if you'd notice the difference black/silver knob they are very similar.
-
Funny, so close but not quite. You need a black gear knob too now and black back ground on the instrument panel ;-) your drivers side for mat looks like it's for an auto (?) I seem to remember you commented it was an odd shape?

....it seems impossible to delete posts on here this was a duplicate and I couldn't get rid only over write

The Momo grille is good on tempesta grey cars otherwise I'd go for the water fall style, however those seem more difficult to come by new.

Yes

Stuart's photo on the lmc forum reminds me how bad that Chrysler grille was on my car

Almost everyone who comments thinks mine is peculiar, the ones that don't comment seem to just being polite..... I've only had a couple of people really like it but never had that reaction to any other car I've owned!

I think that's Stuart's twin turbo not sure what Julia would think about it covered in women!
-
I do find that most people find it ugly though......although when you study other cars on the road I can't see why. Perhaps they should have rebranded it the chrysler marmite

Out of interest I thought I'd check those links out today to see if they appear to have sold, looks like they both got snapped up. Interesting that plenty of people can see a bargain and also that the delta obviously isn't as terrible as the press would want folk to believe. They seem undervalued by the car valuing services as they always seem to sell really fast at retail book prices.

It's very good stuff but for some reason is quite expensive these days when I paid less than a tenner for a tube a few years back. Lasts a long time though as you need a very small amount on each connection
-
Just a tip really. Last year I had problems in winter with the reversing sensors but Chrysler wouldn't do anything as the sensor would recover when driven any distance and in the summer it recovered. They wouldn't even record it on the cars record which I thought cheeky. Anyway recently the fault reappeared. Multi ecu scan said it was a fatal error on the right sensor which is the most exposed of the four. Fatal means in theory terminal. I got under the car and removed the sensor found the connection wet. Blew the connection in the sensor dry, applied contralube fitted back together no improvement. Started checking parts on eBay and eper(expensive) but next day her presto all cured and working! Good stuff that contralube! If the car had gone to a dealer reckon it would have cost up to 200 quid. Lesson is check the off side sensor and make sure it's water tight at the connection, it's easy to get to just lay under the car but that's why it's prone to contamination

I suspect you get the leather gaiter as well but is still hardly vfm. The prices are a bit bonkers as it's obvious fiat get the parts for a lot less and just make up a price as a spare part but then again all manufacturers are the same
-
I tried my eper which is quite up to date but for some reason whilst it recognises the crappler chassis number and knows it has chrysler trim it doesn't seem to flag up any chrysler specific parts, I think the reason why the surround is different depth is the lack of blue and me facility it looks to me as if those with usb and aux allow a bit more space underneath for the socket block. I'm not sure but I think all 2014 model years have black trim along with momo design and executive/limited
-
Pre 2011 model deltas all had the script on the dash
-
I have a copy of eper and yes it recognises my car however I am not convinced that all Chrysler specific parts are listed be wary a LHD part could turn up. I suspect that delta is now fully discontinued so getting a moulding made would probably not be possible I don't think anyone is going to make one unless they have a few orders which is unlikely. Will try to check my eper when I have time
-
Where did you get the lancia buttons for the remote?
-
I think you will just have not come across it on Alfas but it doesn't mean that they don't do it
-
The gloss black surround may have come from an executive so it might have different side depths to accommodate the leather surround
-
I think my climate panel is angled right but not as much as the sat nav unit, maybe I misunderstood what you mean?
-
Always best to have a copy of eper to consult although I'm not sure of rhd specific parts are shown must check.
-
Are you really sure that your climate panel is angled left??
