I avoid to ask that, soon as I get home I'll and over some details. Try this in the meantime: http://www.westovergroup.co.uk/jeep/contact-us/stony-lane/ They have a live chat I just noticed, ask to be redirected to parts and the guy should answer. If they don't deliver outside UK, let me know if I can help you with my address and further postage. The price is in pounds.

Bleeding Cooling System 2.8 Crd
mikebh8 replied to 3ddesign's question in Voyager 4th Generation (2001-2007)
Agree with qinetiq, needs to be about half way up summer or winter, plus if it doesn't go over the half, which is about 90 degrees Celsius, the fans will not start. Put the engine cover on and close the bonnet, in less than a half an hour the fans should start otherwise investigate further. -

Bluetooth Or Aux Adaptor?
mikebh8 replied to Monkeyste's question in Voyager 4th Generation (2001-2007)
Hi, I have a DVD player with satnav and I installed a Bluetooth that you can see in the link attached. There is (if you look through my content) a discussion about it where some would say you get conflicts from the speakers' amplifier...I don't have that problem but look into it first. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=iO+bluetooth+car+phone&sa=X&biw=360&bih=560&tbs=vw:l,ss:44&tbm=shop&prmd=svin&srpd=11006667605665745056&prds=num:1,of:1,epd:11006667605665745056&ved=0ahUKEwiqz8ziyqTWAhUIG5oKHQoCCesQgjYIvgU Hope it helps. -
Hi, I have a price: 41, 48. They do want payment in advance... So, if you think of a solution. I can only assume they will ask for an uk credit or debit card, they do take payments over the phone or someone can go in the office and order the part. Let me know what you think.

Hi, I got through the local main dealer, it moved from Chrysler Westover...to Jeep Westover( they changed name and location). I am waiting for a price from him as the system wasn't loading fast enough. If you wish to contact them, you have to say it is a right hand side driver, they will ask that along with a number plate or chassis number(don't use the chassis number as it comes up left hand drive..if anyone that reads this message could post their number plate would be easier for the guy to find the right part...it should be only one part coming up but the guy at the phone said it comes up with more models. I'll let you know what the price is soon as he contacts me.

Bleeding Cooling System 2.8 Crd
mikebh8 replied to 3ddesign's question in Voyager 4th Generation (2001-2007)
Until you are 100% sure the air is all out of the system don't let it running for hours... short runs for the first 4-5 times, just enough to start the fans and left to cool down, I don't know if it helps or not but I was shacking the engine while adding water....anything like helping a baby burp will do. As Qinetiq suggested, turn the heat on maximum and keep an eye on the water level for the first trips. Good luck. -
I've got two negative replies so far, will keep you posted if anything comes up.

I made an enquire for you, I'm waiting a reply from them, I'll let you know, I also asked if they deliver to Italy.
-
I don't know if is still available but you can try. I typed "Chrysler delta breaking" on the search tab. The website is: http://www.partshark.co.uk/used-car-parts-breaking-vehicles/chrysler/delta/ If they don't deliver to Italy....if you want it delivered to my address, my mother comes in about three weeks from Prato for about a week, she can mail it to you from there...or I can post it from here. Hope it helps.

Bleeding Cooling System 2.8 Crd
mikebh8 replied to 3ddesign's question in Voyager 4th Generation (2001-2007)
Hi, I've been told that on the side with the gearbox, if is not bled properly, will remain air...didn't happen to me but what I did was: I left it running until the fans started, turned it off, left it until it cooled down, pressing the lower radiator hose with my hand, run it again, I did that few times. If you leave the cap off while cooling, the water will not go back in the system as it works in a vacuum way. Run it with the cap off, when the engine is of fit back the cap, this way when the water looses its volume it will pull more water into the system. And make sure all the water hoses are getting worm, this way you know for sure the thermostat is working. Hope it helps. -
Mind that the off angle wheels won't come up on at diagnostics( as far as I know), but I learned the hard way, replacing the sensor, looking for a wire fault and eventually did the wheel alignment.. This was done to at least two cars that I owned in past.

Doge Cage For Voyager
mikebh8 replied to karmannski's question in Voyager 4th Generation (2001-2007)
I still can't see it OK but when I was looking for the same answer I found that, the "cage" means that the pet cannot exit the car when one or more doors are opened, as you suggest, he could jump in the rear seats and possibly exit the middle door. Or if you isolate the car from the boot, the dog could exit from the tailgate when engaged. I couldn't, unfortunately, find anything in case of the boot turned into a cage with possibly the dog restrained with a leash, if other reads can confirm is possible, please step in. -
Doge Cage For Voyager
mikebh8 replied to karmannski's question in Voyager 4th Generation (2001-2007)
Hi, can't see the item, however any cage will do as long as it has a locking mechanism so the dog does not escape, plus it needs to be the right size so the dog can stand and lay down with no restrictions. I have a 60cm length and about 45 tall dog and I carried her in a 100cm long by 70 tall and about 60 wide, I went to Germany and back with no problems. Plus I only left her in the cage on the border passing and all the way on ferry. Hope it helps. -
Yes the police ANPR would go for the number plate and it would come up as a Chrysler...being now a Lancia I can only assume the driver would get stopped more often and at some point asked to change the logo.

Low Milage Yet More Than 6 Years Old, Is A Cam Belt Change Needed
mikebh8 replied to Dido's question in Chrysler Delta
In the maintenance handbook, if present, would be stated the intervals of mileage and years the can belt to be changed. Same as oil and filters ( which is one year or the mileage) the cam belt is usually due to replace at 5 years or mileage( which usually is 60000 miles but may differ from manufacturer). Hope it helps. -
Hi, seeing no one came forward to this post... I assume your DVD screen does not come with any buttons?! Mine works without the remote( I don't know if it had one as it come with buttons, it might as well had one initially) Could you send me a picture of the remote's circuits, or just send it over and I may be able to fix it anyway...? No guarantees but I can try.

Hi, whenever parts are replaced the wheel alignment should be done, same as when work on the wheel itself is done needs balancing again. My guess is, by undoing bolts and nuts on the wheels support mechanism, it sets off by some degree the wheel, and the sensor will get the information that you drive on wet surfaces and skid off...as I said a wild guess but to me it make sense as I used to have it on few cars after work has been done on the supporting parts. Extra symptoms will be the tyre wearing on one side, and knocks on the brake pedal in some occasions made by the ABS system to help car "stay on track". An error fault would help identify more into dept. Hope it helps.

My apologies, I got the wrong model, however in these days the "Lancia" you used to know became part of the "Fiat Chrysler Automobiles" in 2015, and Chrysler is owned by Chevrolet, and Chevrolet is owned by GMC....a big happy family.

I do have to say, I was checking the wrong model, however (@@Andrewgrale cheers for defending the point), the same rule I use/used for Renault Clio, Citroen berlingo, Peugeot 307, ford transit, Renault Laguna, Mitsubishi fto and L200 and other cars that I had(some I still have) and always run great with less weariness on the sides. Plus with 2.2 at at the back is when the car is empty, if you want to take passengers at full capacity, you have to pump air at the required pressure, and soon as the passengers left the car, you have to release the right pressure out( at least this what the manual suggests), I wonder who really does tat on a daily basis?!?! yeah the guy's nationality and taste for cars are irrelevant but was the same guy that told me about the used cooking oil running the diesel engines( not all but most of them), so I gave him credit being older than me and having more experience. Anyway, glad is sorted.

Hi, don't know much about your model but for the breaks to switch the dash light, would have to have a wire connected to a "sensor" fitted in the break pads, at least I had this on an alfa romeo 164. Never seen them since, as now the breaks weariness is controlled by the level of the break liquid, or an audible fault between a metal plate and the disc, which by the way the fluid is it on level? as the breaks are worn the piston pushes more and drains more fluid from the tank. In your case, not an expert, if the sensor was replaced, it could be the o ring on the shaft... Could you get any fault codes from the dash? Press the odometer until the mileage is displayed, turn off the ignition, hold the odometer button pushed, turn the ignition and within 5 sec the test should start, it will stop when the test is done. Record the dash on your phone, if you have more than one code coming up they might disappear quickly without giving you the chance to write them down. Hope it helps.
