Our 2010 Grand Voyager had a burst pipe and the garage who replaced it can't work out why the fan is not switching to fast. Local Main Dealer wont' touch the car due to the age, and local garage thinks it may be beyond his skill set ! Help !

HELP ! Our 3rd row stow & go don't go up or down or anything now ... looks like the car valeters forced them and have bent the arm. I think it is causing the obstacle detection to kick in because of the extra strain. Have tried bending it back. CHrysler want about £4000 for new seats ... breaking yard want £1200. Any one else had this problem?
