The MA unit in the Delta is impressive. Yes I know the early MA Actuators have failure issues (mine did!) but for the size of car you get decent performance - not bad acceleration and I have had 45 MPG on runs down to Devon.

As far as the key goes - The Flip key internally is pretty much standard across the FCA /Fiat/Alfa/Lancia range - see this Video - yes its an Alfa key but watch around 02:30 and you can see there is a small 'cam' that the key blade clips in to to hold it retained - the cam has probably worked loose................. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0uohGj6L7y4

Mikey - reviving this as with the current cold spell I don't seem to be getting any heat in to the footwells? Was this what you found when your recirc flap failed? Can't hear any movement/motor whirr when I try to change heat direction? TBH though the system does clear the screen ok and does not mist up so may not be the same issue you had.

I guess if you find a Electrical whizz they could probably wire it but it was never set like that from factory.

I think they are the same size Spud yes but the SR centre caps have a definate raised centre to accommodate the hub so they don't all fit - You can see it here - I bought some Ltd 'Black' edition centres a while ago and they would not fit.
