  2. Thanks Lucky - will be interested to see. Mines not fixed to anything at all for some reason and sitting on top of the soundproofing?! Italians!
  3. Anyone had a chance to look inside the opening in the boot at these relays? Will post up a photo but I'm interested to know if they are fixed or mounted on anyone elses car? Just remove the left hand side cover - it just unclips out...
  4. Any updates on this? I checked mine and they are actually worse than yours! Paint skimmed off the surface. I'll see how it goes and apply some paint to prevent any corrosion...
  5. twe - Page 210 of the owners Manual shown here: https://srs20assets.service-solutions.com/OEM/Chrysler/en-US/Product/2012Delta1stOMPDF/Flipbook/index.html or its a sticky at the top of this Delta section..... It'll be a spring loaded clip that holds the Bulb in place. You will get skinned knuckles! I think they usually work by squeezing together and moving up though not had to change my Deltas' yet but they are stock Fiat fittings so normally of the same type..
  6. Spotted outside Dolphin Square, Duo Grey with a darker more graphite coloured roof and bonnet.
  7. Chris - I'm not affiliated in any way but seeing as you are in the Midlands - I've used Paul Gilbert@Motor-Mech for years. Pauls based in central Birmingham (right under Moor St.) station beside the Bull Ring. Cannot reccomend him enough. Pauls looked after all my Italians for years and will be able to sort any probs with the Delta - he'll be looking after mine once its due its first service with me next year. He also has a full Diagnostic reader for the codes as the Deltas' system is straight out of the Bravo. http://www.motor-mech.co.uk/ Thats his website - great bloke and a real Italian enthusiast. He can use all genuine parts as well to maintain any factory warranty you have.
  8. OK update - I opened the internal flap to the side of the boot to view behind the light cluster. I noticed there seems to be a small array of fuses/circuitry 'sitting' on top of the sound insulation behind that cover. Has anyone else opened up these flaps and seen these? Mine appeared suprisingly not be be fixed to the bodywork in any way? The reason I ask is after touching and checking everything was seated correctly - all my LED's seem to be back on perfectly OK again now? This is inside the nearside rear boot.
  9. I'll check mine out and report back but I've not noticed anything..............
  10. Not heard of that one before mate? Photos?
  11. Yes Delta - they really don't need the kit. Just for the record forgot to mention the Momo's also have colour-coded Sills.............and different seats
  12. Happy to be corrected but I'm pretty sure the Momo Design Deltas' don't have any additional body-work add-ons'. They appear differently though as they have different areas' of paintwork. The front and rear valances are colour-coded rather than black as well as the rear tailgate around the number plate being sprayed black. This gives the overall appearence of different panels. They've also obviously got different Alloys and seats. Very nice cars - again I would have had one but the price premium.
  13. Yes I saw that for sale - Each to their own but I think the Delta looks fine as is without any bodywork add-on's.............. I would not have minded the Limited 18" wheels. In fact I would have had a Limited but for the price I got my SR for.........
  14. What optional extras has anyone added or fitted to their Delta's? I've watched a couple of ebay auctions for the Delta Illuminated Sills but cannot justify spending near £100 on what is effectively two lights! Anyone else got them and can post a photo?
  15. Just out of interest Chris - does the Delta Sat-Nav display the Chrysler logo when switched off?
  16. Thanks Chris - They are circa £150 via ebay.it - the italian version. I noticed the three LED's on mine started to blink when I activated my Follow-me-Home lights and now the three have stopped coming on completely. Mines a 2011 and bought used so I'll be buying and fitting. Looks simple enough - access via the flap in boot - two internal Allen-keyed fixings. I'm going to take off to check..... Ironically though the car does not seem to have noticed - no errors on dash etc. Stay dry!
  17. Are you sure its not the wastegate? That makes a chatter-like sound on lift-off. I get that on mine but am used to Turbo/Supercharged cars. What engine do you have?...... If so the garage are correct and its completely normal. Its the noise of excessive pressure being released in to the exhaust by the wastegate opening.
  18. Nice one Stuart I've had all sorts of old Italians including a Fulvia Coupe and Beta HPE. The Delta was a must as I knew I would be able to "correctly" badge it..............Its the family workhorse following a Sedici, Stilo and Brava...... Arnold Clark must be the dealer of choice for Fiats brands I would have thought north of the border. Hope you find something. A Monte is still on my 'to do' list!
  19. Hi Stuart - Deltas' are a rare beast in the UK so finding an Auto let alone a Limited will be a trawl..................I've been told by a fellow Lancisti that they only sold about 40 Limited's here so best of luck finding one let alone in Auto form. There is one Auto on Autotrader at the moment but I think its SE spec. The engines/drivetrains are pretty much standard Fiat / Bravo units though so probably worth checking the Fiat Forum etc. for views..... cheers
  20. IIRC from the Sales brochure - Projector Headlights are another option from cornering fogs........... I think they are the option that come with the HID setup.
  21. My SR MultiAir has S/S but its hardly ever worked - despite not getting any errors. It worked for a few times on a trip to Blackpool in the spring after a long run but stopped after I had refuelled. Agree with T about it being the battery voltage though mines a 2011 with 20k miles so hoped it would have been longer lasting. I did start to try to charge the battery but got aload of errors when I reconnected the battery. Even if you have only taken off the voltage sensor (as per the manual) and not the main battery terminals - the car doors will only lock manually as the car thinks its battery has been disabled. This worried me a little so I reconnected it back up to try to charge the next day but had several initial errors which scared me and I then had to reset the locks and windows for the one-touch option as per the handbook. At that point I thought I could live without S/S so will worry about it if its not working whenever I have to get a new battery...............I can live without it!
  22. Chris - did they mention anything about the LED's being replaceable or did they make you get a whole new light unit? I have 3 LED's just gone out on my near side rear light. Fearing now it may need a complete unit - Cheapest search is around £150 on ebay from Italy....... Hoped LED's would have lasted longer and would have been replaceable somehow?!
