Hi Lollypop - yes - I'll try to find the thread but I changed the backbox on my 1.4 MA for one which was labelled for a Bravo - Its the identical part - cost me about £35 new and delivered!

On the same subject it looks like my rubber 'strap' thingy that secures my fuel cap to the car is about to snap. Any suitable replacement suggestions as I'm sure this will be a common FCA replacement part.

Indeed Alan - IIRC replacement Coupe Brembo drilled Discs were about £300 a pair!

I've always just used OE spec stuff as find their performance adequate on the MultiAir. Brembo will be an improvement though - my only thing to mention with those from having them on my old Coupe is that their Discs are very expensive.

As above JH - I bonded mine back in with JB Weld which is an Epoxy adhesive. Hasn't budged since - just make sure you get it in the right spots and don't glue the whole handle up!

Looking at the Lancia group on FB its suprising how many times this has happened though and all on the same door for some reason?!

I'd love a Thema Turbo! A real Wolf in Sheeps............... I had both a Giulia GT Junior and a Fulvia Coupe and used to take them to Tanc Barratts outside of Kidderminster. Tanc would pick me up from the Station in his Thema - they were rapid!

JH - Pretty sure I have had those errors before - though only temporarily. Are they on permanently? I have found that cars with Canbus systems - you need to treat them like Operating systems on your PC. When starting the car I always switch on the ignition then wait a few seconds to allow Canbus to 'read' its circuits before firing the engine. This has prevented any errors you may get if you start the car too quickly (that's my theory anyway.) I'm going to be away with work for a few days but if you are really struggling to get that Gearknob I could ask my local Fiat dealer for you? Obviously it may also cost a little to send on to Israel but may work out cheaper ordering from here? Do you want me to try? Just double check that's the right Part number you need as I don't think they allow returns.

Pretty sure thats the same sizes mine are as Mikey mentioned. They must have been removed and replaced in the wrong position.

Yes - my mate has x3 Coupes still - One is a Red LE which is approaching 300k and has only just needed a rebuild. It has an up-rated clutch, FMIC and Turbo with a few other bits and puts our around 320 BHP - it absolutely flies!
